Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Debit card/Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your card-issuing bank with your queries on how their refund management policies are.
Cheque/Draft payments will be refunded in the form cheque/draft to the address for which you have registered with us within 30 working days.
Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from TrackOlap, which will be mailed to your billing address within 10 calendar days of your cancellation request. Please contact us for any further queries.\
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by email to us. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, then it will be treated as a return.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
